Practice Task 3

Magazine and Website

Practice Task 3 is to use everything that I have learnt from the previous tasks and combine them into one. We had to make a Both the Magazine Cover and the double contents page, A website to go along with the Magazine and making a PowerPoint to help Analyse what we are supposed to do.

Section 1:
Create a PowerPoint showing your research into the convergence between the print and online version of the two different magazines.

This PowerPoint helped me outline what I need to do when I'm creating both the Magazines and the Website. Giving me a clear insight on what I need to do and how to not stray away from the main goal.

Section 2:
Sign up for a Wix account and spend some time getting used to the format used. Then put together a design that is similar to the one used by existing media.

I believe that I should've spent more time into making the webpage neater in general. I feel like all the articles are placed into random sections unevenly, although some pages like The Wire has the same aesthetic but can pull it off with the amount of articles that they have.

Section 3: Create finished version of the Three Elements of Production.
